Limon y Sal Plantains

Ingredients:

Limes
Salt
Plantains
butter

Directions:

Listen to Limon y Sal by Julieta Venegas

Peel plantains and slice them into oblong rounds (not too thick!)

Let them marinade in fresh squeezed lime juice for at least an hour.

Fry them in butter until they brown and get a bit crisp on the edges

Add a few shakes of salt. Serve.
